Arghhhhh.. back pain!


I mentioned earlier about  I started getting back pain when I started working. It can be pretty irritating because I craved for a full body massage every single day, sebab sengal-sengal badan. The I started to *google google* what are the causes of back pain, adakah sebab fatigue, kurang nutrien, bad posture atau pemakanan?

Few things that need to be taken into consideration when you are getting back pain:
1. Age
When you are getting older, basically our bones are aging tooo. tapi, in my case, I'm only 23, and I feel so affected by this back pain. It can be serious if left untreated kan?

2. Poor physical fitness
Kurang bersenam. living a sedentary lifestyle *ehem macam saya. Kalau naik tingkat 4 di hospital pun guna lift, jadi bagaimana mahu bersenam begitu? 

3. Being overweight
extra weight will add up more pressure to the bones to withstand badan punya composition. Bayangkan kalau BMI kita falls under overweight scale.Imagine how hard it is for the bones to withstand the pressure. 

4. Your work
Kerja kita memerlukan kita untuk constantly standing all the time, atau mengangkat benda-benda berat, ataupun requires to sit down in a very long period (bad posture) sebenarnya memyumbang risiko kepada punca terjadinya sakit belakang.

Ini baru beberapa perkara yang menyumbang kepada back pain, and I bet ada beberapa yang sebenarnya berkaitan dengan anda yang di luar sana. Sedar atau tidak, kita selalu mengabaikan perkara-perkara yang kita fikir remeh, atau treatable with ignorance.

Let's embark on a new adventure called #ShakleeAdventures


After a few sharing with you (my previous post) about how did I ended up being a Shaklee Independent Distributor, now it's time to share how Shaklee will make a way for you, not only physically, but financially :)

But let's put aside the $$ thingy, because I really dont want to share the good in Shaklee based on money alone, because no one can succeed without hard work. When you decided to enrolled as a SID, you only required to pay RM65 and your membership lasts for a lifetime. No annual fees required, no renewal needed, unless you've been inactive for 1 year, which means you never make any transaction within a year, but thats a different story.

First step:
1. Decide to be a Shaklee Independent Distributor, and you will be required to pay RM 65.

For your information, Free Vita-Lea vitamin will be given to you if you join as a SID member. This promotion valid until end of September. So hurry up! Do you know how much Vita Lea costs? RM 95!! I started as zero when I decided to be a distributor. Saya #AhliMakanSendiri dan juga ahli yang berjinak-jinak dalam retail. But i drove my focus on encouraging people untuk sihat, faham betapa pentingnya pengambilan supplemen tambahan ini sebenarnya. The public need an education on supplement and ny call is, to be one of the perople who constantly share how supplement works in our body. Kasi set goals, bukan kejar duit sahaja sebab even buat kerja lain pun boleh dapat pendapatan. Set your goals right :)

It started when.. (My #ShakleeAdventures)


Sebelum menjadi Shaklee Independent Distributor, saya pernah menjadi 'pengguna' shaklee. Pengguna di sini bermaksud saya membeli supplemen shaklee daripada distributor lain. Pada masa tersebut saya tidak pernah terfikir untuk menjadi pengedar. My problem back then, saya tidak konsisten mengambil supplemen tersebut dan usaha saya untuk ke arah hidup yang sihat terbengkalai. So when did I started choosing to be serious about nutrition? What encouraged me to become one of Shaklee's independent distributor? Saya hanya melihat beberapa SID lain yang sentiasa share kebaikan shaklee di dalam laman Facebook mereka, dan saya tidak pernah dipaksa untuk menjadi ahli. For me, the best approach is, let them know how important it is to take a good care of our body, dalaman dan luaran. Maybe we (women) can spend hundreds on makeup etc but what really matter is what's on the inside. Ramai orang masih belum sedar bahawa prevention is better than a cure.

I approached one of the SID personally, because I'm having a back pain problem and it driving me nuts so I asked her what supplement should I take  to ease the pain. She gave me recommendations. Later, I purchased Ostematrix and Alfalfa and decided to be a member.

For your information, after a few days taking Ostematrix, my back pain finally subsided.That made me realised that even in a young age anything worse could happen. Maybe we think that "alaaa back pain? masih muda mana rasa semua tu' (I'm 23 and I started to have back pain) . Its a big no for me. Muda or tua it doesn't give you any exception. If you are not taking a good nutrition to your body, sooner or later, you'll be experiencing the same cases. 

Not only that I have back pain, I also experience fatigue ever since I started working. Its normal to feel tired after 8 hours of working but I feel extremely tired and it affects my work quality.

The importance of supplement


Holaaaa awesome people :)

This marks my first post on my (new) blog. As an introduction to my humble blog, which is designated for me to write about my #ShakleeAdventures, I want to share on the importance of  consuming supplement as a daily regime.

Berapa ramai kah orang yang tahu dan sedar bahawa pemakanan yang kita amalkan setiap hari tidak dapat menampung keperluan nutrien dalam badan kita?  Nutrient hanya boleh diperoleh daripada pemakanan kita. We are what we eat. Kalau sarapan pagi sudah makan benda-benda yang berminyak dan manis, ke mana perginya nutrient untuk diserap oleh badan? Pola pemakanan yang tidak sihat seperti kerap mengambil makanan segera, makanan ringan dan makanan yang diproses sedikit sebanyak mempengaruhi kesihatan badan kita pada jangka masa panjang.

Ramai orang tidak menyedari tentang pentingnya mengambil supplemen tambahan (pastikan supplemen tersebut berdaftar dengan KKM ya) Mereka menyangka bahawa apa yang mereka makan setiap hari sudah memadai.

Nasi dengan 3 lauk/ Fast food (Tapau sebab tidak sempat masak :p)

Bayangkan sekiranya setiap hari kita mengamalkan pola pemakanan seperti di atas. Sumber serat hilang, makronutrient dan mikronutrient semuanya hilang disebabkan cara makanan disediakan yang tidak sesuai.
